Frozen Fish International GmbH, are a factory within the Unilever Ice Cream & Frozen Foods division, and manufacture various processed frozen fish products. Saturn Spraying Systems Ltd has previously manufactured and installed, a spinning disc spray machine at Unilever's, award winning, Lowestoft plant, for the application of various marinades onto poultry portions. When Frozen Fish International had a need to apply coatings to various frozen processed fish products, they sought assistance from Saturn, who resolved the project with the installation of a Discmatic DMH8TB machine, from their proven range of spinning disc spray machines. The machine is a heated, 'top and bottom' spray unit, designed to apply heated oils and fats, to give total product coverage. The project was completed early, before the customer had completed other line modifications to accept the new spray unit, and commissioning completed to the customers satisfaction. This satisfaction was expressed, by way of Unilever ICFF division, subsequently ordering two further machines. |
